Supporting each other is an important part of recovery from a burn injury. Whether you are the burn survivor or a supporter, it takes time to heal and move on.
Sometimes that is relatively soon after the injury and sometimes it takes a lifetime. Attending a support group can be a comfortable place to share with peers.
A burn survivor and family support program of the Grossman Burn Center is every third Wednesday at 7:00pm, Tarzana Community and Cultural Center, 19130 Ventura Blvd.,Tarzana, CA 91356
The group is primarily for adults. Family members and supporters are also welcome. For more information call 818-676-4743. RSVP preferred.
