Firefighters Reunite with GBC Burn Team That Treated Them After DTLA Explosion
Dr. Peter H. Grossman, Medical Director, Grossman Burn Centers joined Mark Miller, CEO, West Hills Hospital and several local dignitaries including Councilmember John Lee, Councilmember Bob Blumenfield and Mayor Eric Garcetti, during a press conference honoring Los Angeles Firefighters who were injured in the Boyd Street fire last May.
One of 12 firefighters who narrowly escaped the explosion, Ian Soriano and several others spoke about the hellish experience Wednesday as they were reunited with the staff who helped heal their injuries at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital.
